MILK CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

Lots of kids refuse to drink their milk. That is, until a big squeeze of chocolate syrup is stirred in. Who can blame them? The creamy and fudgy flavors create a sort of dairy-dessert bliss. These brownies taste like a cakey Hershey’s bar. The secret ingredient is 1 ounce of unsweetened chocolate, which adds depth of flavor. You can serve them topped with vanilla ice cream and (what else?) a drizzle of chocolate syrup, though I doubt they would be declined on their own.
